**About the Role**:

- Ensure efficient and economical supply of spares, consumables, and services to fleet of vessels, to support continued and efficient asset operations.
- Manage the supply of spares/stores/services to the asset including determining the most efficient and economical means and route of transport, coordination and follow-up of deliveries and supplies, taking care of customs formalities/forwarding documents and keeping the team informed on the delivery date.
- Develop and maintain suppliers and alternate sources.
- Manage RFQ, price inquiries, quotations, negotiation, purchase orders and contracting out assignments.
- Assess current and potential suppliers in terms of supplier's technical competence and commercial risks.
- Manage the purchasing of technical goods and services according to the standards, policy, and procedures.
- To perform any additional duties as assigned

**About you**:

- At least Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain At least 3 years of related working experience in Executive level in related field
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
- Resourceful
- Good negotiator
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Good personality and can work in a team of multinational colleagues
