We are now seeking bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a; **Compensation Consulting Analyst - HR Consulting Team**
This role is responsible for contributing to the growth of Singapore career products business by growing the respective industry’s annual remuneration survey participants, be the client point of contact for all clarifications and queries.
The role holder would need to ensure timely project delivery for rewards consulting projects as a senior level analyst supporting the respective consultant or project manager.
The role shall be responsible for providing analytics on compensation analysis projects and work on industry level insights and trends. The position shall be responsible for survey revenue and project delivery targets.

**We will count on you to**:
- Deliver impeccable stakeholder management and presentation skills to penetrate and grow accounts for survey and data subscriptions.
- Handle data queries and data analysis, compensation trends, benchmarking job evaluations, salary structure design, advanced rewards projects, performance management, bonus design analysis points of views.
- Ensure an increase in survey participation by reaching out to existing clients confirming their participation.
- Upsell other mercer products to existing clients and explore potential prospects within the industry to continuously grow the database.
- Preparation of analytical/industry trends and insights/presentations.

Be a **client’s contact for queries, clarifications on surveys, mercer products and services.
- Ensuring that client’s requests are met in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/ or assigned industries.
- Strong support on any custom survey/project assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the industry lead or project managers.
**What you need to have**:
- 4-5 years domain knowledge in compensation consulting and driving business development in this space.
