**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall efficiency of the kitchen stewarding department and banquet operations, ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Provide operational support to kitchen chefs and Food & Beverage (F&B) outlet operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Supervise and provide effective instructions to cleaners and dishwashers, ensuring timely and thorough coverage of assigned areas
- Coordinate, assign, and manage tasks and workflows to support daily operations
- Plan and delivery schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health safety regulations and procedures
- Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidaysPerform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Facilities management or a related discipline
- At least 7 years' experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
- Proficient in microsoft office
- Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
