Singapore The Edge Partnership Full time

This role will be responsible for the following:

- Lead fund operations, ensuring smooth execution of fund management, administration, and reporting processes.
- Support deal execution by managing entity setup, investment structuring, tax planning, and coordination with legal and tax counsel.
- Oversee relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and key service providers to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across jurisdictions, including AML/KYC, tax filings, and fund audits.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely investor reports, including capital account statements and performance updates.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes and controls to support firm growth and investment activities.
- Oversee fund cash flows, including capital calls, distributions, and treasury operations.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, fund accounting, and data management.
- Collaborate with investment, finance, compliance, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment on all operational matters.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8+ years of Fund Operations experience, ideally with experience in either Private Equity or Private Credit
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a relevant qualification such as CPA would be advantageous
