TaF.tc is currently looking for a Business and Careers executive who has a high motivation to provide value to our customers by working with them on solving their problems.

As a TaF.tc Business and Careers you will play a key role in corporate engagement and student engagement.
Corporate engagement will involve meetings new companies and existing customers to find our their manpower issues and needs, subsequently you will proceed to advise and close them for products that are relevant to their situation.
**Here's What You'll Do Day To Day**:

- Reach out to B2B leads on a daily basis that are generated by marketing ads
- Perform at least 1-2 meetings with new and existing companies to find out problems that we TaF.tc can solve
- Meet with prospective graduates who are job-seeking and provide support structures for them to land a role in a prospective company in the Fashion Industry
- Leverage on salesforce to keep track of leads and potential opportunities in order to maximise closure rates
- Assist in ad-hoc or planned sales projects with external parties
- Based on sales conversations, assist to chart marketing team in the right direction in terms of ad creation for corporate related sales

- Want to learn more about how to leverage on technology to improve sales processes.
- Well-organized with a high level of discipline.
- Like a start-up-like environment where a lot of self-initiated learning is required.
- Performance based individuals

**Here's What We're NOT Looking For**:

- Are ill-disciplined and not able to plan your time.
- Are not willing to commit the time to learn and further hone your personal skills outside of work.
- Cannot face rejection daily in a sales-related job.
- Poor communication skills.
- A structured environment and expect that everything will be prepared for you.

**Salary Structure**
- Salary make up will be 50/50 in terms of Basic/Commissions
- Commissions will be based on sales figures and success in placement of TaF.tc graduates
