**Entity and activity description**
Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
- To develop and improve the air gas (e.g.:Carbon Dioxide (CO2)) sales and profitability through implementing the strategy and collaboration with the commercial team.
- Support developing proposals with Business Development team and sales team as and when required (specifications or certification standard requirements)
- Recommend pricing based on volume demand for new customers
- Assist with customer queries regards to the respective product
- Co-work with operation teams on improving supply reliability and efficiency and lead the operations team in projects enhancing plant reliability or efficiency
- Coordinate and assist in customer audits
- Co-develop long term strategy and implementing corresponding actions/goals
- Establish Production Versus Demand of CO2 and air gases
- Establish Profitability by Account studies for various molecules thereby recommending action plans to improve accounts with marginal profitability

**Competencies and Profile**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations or sales and marketing environment; developing product marketing and strategies.
- Proficient in statistics,data mining and analytical methods
- Ability to analyse and predict the market trends.
- Good project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong management experience and working with a team.
- An effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
