**People Operations Analyst**
- The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.

- **People Operations Analyst**, part of Talend’s Global People Operations team, will work to deliver an excellent employee experience while managing operations and processes. The People Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support and knowledge to the business throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding.

**Responsibilities**

Act as the point of contact for new employees, People team and hiring managers to ensure a successful and positive onboarding experience, including management of the on-boarding logistics, new hire orientation, new hire documentation & training
- Respond to inquiries regarding general questions, including benefits, performance reviews, immigration, policies, trainings, reporting, etc.
- Process employee set up and status changes including new hires, org changes, manager changes, salary changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Validate data entered by employees or other stakeholders into Workday
- Maintain data quality and integrity through transaction processing, system maintenance and regular audits
- Generate employment verification letters and invitation letters for travelers
- Participate in global project work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data, and insights
- Other job duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
5+ years of People Operations / Human Resources experience
- Strong understanding of regulations and the HR landscape in the region
- Proficient in MS Office and a strong understanding of HRIS solutions, Workday strongly preferred
- Experience supporting and partnering with dispersed stakeholders and team members
- Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Proactive and able to organize and prioritise with limited guidance; work independently or collaborate with team, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and business needs
- High attention to detail, ability to recognise and recommend improvement
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
