SEO Manager

**THE ROLE**

SingSaver: We are on the lookout for a hands-on SEO manager to join our team and lead SEO for SingSaver. You are a strong master of SEO, self-motivated, organised and analytical. You crave a fast-paced workplace with the opportunity to collaborate in the success of the team's goals. The role reports into the Senior SEO Manager for hyphen group.

**YOUR TASK**
- Analyse SingSaver's SEO with a structured approach and recommend a SEO Roadmap
- Provide in-depth of analysis, recommendations and execute solutions to improve organic performance
- Identify opportunities in SEO efficiency and growth in core areas with the goal of improving **revenue outcomes through user acquisition, user behavior and site conversions**:

- Develop and perform detailed site audits to identify issues and ensure the site is properly optimised for search engine visibility
- Own the team's objectives and KPIs and guide the team in achieving them
- Formulate reporting frameworks that best monitor and assess SEO performance
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance, rankings and SEO aspects in a meaningful way
- Run regular **competitive** audits to identify gaps and areas of improvement, and implement solutions
- Conduct keyword research to guide our editorial teams
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends and keep the team informed

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in the field of SEO in a B2C role; including hands-on technical SEO with exposure to content marketing / optimisation
- Advanced user of all major SEO tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Moz, SpyFu, Majestic, SEMRush, BUZZSUMO, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, AWR, etc. to monitor traffic, rankings, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, 404 errors, and other KPIs
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods across all major search engines. Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
- Track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets and managing SEO projects from inception to completion
- Strong sense of initiative with a proactive approach to identifying and tackling problems
- Good time management and organisational skills with an acute attention to detail
- Outstanding command of the English language, including excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
