**Job Description and Requirements**
- 5+ Years of experience in **SEO leading both technical and content-driven SEO operations **, ideally have experience of working on **e-commerce websites **.
- People management experience with a track record of developing teams and people.
- Loves experimenting with SEO elements and running A/B test on Organic Search.
- **Hands on experience with Tech SEO tools **like Screaming Frog SEO, Ahrefs, SEMRush.
- Data Analysis from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party tools, know how to create a story to showcase performance to C-level.
- **Strong written and verbal communicator across all levels of organization, up to C-level.**
- Operational strength: demonstrated success in delivering on high-complexity, multiple-stakeholder projects.
- Expert in coordination with Marketing, Commercial and relevant departments to drive SEO traffic from maximum opportunities.
- Proven experience building and executing a multi-market / multi-language content strategy.
- **Technical SEO skills**: knows how to identify key improvement areas from site architecture, code level enhancements, server-level tweaks, good knowledge of CWV, and Appstore optimization.
