We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Customer Service Associate.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Maintain customer service excellence by managing walk-in customer queries
- Prepare statement summary and reports
- Manage complaints and resolve within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Ensure tasks are executed expeditiously, with mínimal errors and in compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
- To drive initiatives to improve customer experiences
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager
Requirements- Min. Diploma/Bachelor with relevant 3-4 years experiences in frontline customer service
- Knowledge in insurance will be highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
- Highly driven to excel in customer service role
