**Job Description Summary**
**About the Role**:
**Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) Operations**
- Ensure ICCC is always operational and all ICCC operational systems are functional.
- Ensure all system technical faults are attended to, and all respective sub-systems managers rectify any faults expediently.
- Review and maintain ICCC operational documents such as policies and SOPs.
- Manage and coordinate ICCC operations with other teams residing within the ICCC.
- Secretariat for Sports Hub Crisis Management Team (CMT) to ensure that the CMT is operationally ready at all times.
- Provide the first response management of incidents, provides support for decision-making by Senior Management during crisis response.
- Ensure the Crisis Room within ICCC is ready for usage in a crisis.
**Incident Reporting**
- Keep track of all reportable incidents within the Sports Hub and provide timely initial reporting to relevant parties as per KPI.
- Categorize and assign incidents to responsible parties for Incident Report submission according to Incident Reporting Matrix and pre-defined list.
- Ensure all incident reports are submitted and reported accordingly to clients and insurers within the stipulated KPI.
- Maintain all platforms and documents used for incident reporting purposes such as archived reports, the master list of incidents, etc.
**Duty Security Operations & Event Crowd Safety Manager (CSM)**
- Assigned Crowd Safety Manager (CSM) for various events at Sports Hub to manage event-related security responsibilities.
- Coordinate and plan security and incident response plans with the venue operation teams for events.
- Perform CSM duties according to scheduled event dates including weekends and public holidays.
- Assist the Security Manager to manage daily routine operational issues
- Assist the Security Manager to escalate operational issues/incidents from the venues that require an integrated response and/or have Sports Hub-wide and policy
**About You**:
- Meticulous in maintaining accurate records, operational documents, and incident reports.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple teams, reporting incidents effectively, and supporting decision-making during crises.
- Able to manage crises and provide first-response management in high-pressure situations.
- Skilled at working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Takes initiative in ensuring operational readiness and resolving issues before escalation.
- Effectively manages multiple responsibilities, including events, security operations, and incident reporting.
