We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas/Service Crew members. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders and provide assistance in choosing menu items.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for every customer.

**Food and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Follow standardized recipes and preparation techniques to maintain quality and consistency.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the work area, including the service counter and dining areas, clean and organised.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
- Regularly clean and maintain equipment, such as coffee machines and utensils.

**Cash Handling**
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash registers and maintain proper change levels.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address any concerns or challenges.

**Training and Development**
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Seek feedback and be open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
