**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Manager, your primary responsibilities is ERP Call Support and to assist in any activities to transit to the NexGen ERP system.
- The ERP Call Support Team will take calls and written feedback from general public and assist them on ERP related enquiries.
- You will also attend to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies on ERP related enquiries.
- You will need to keep abreast of latest ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public. Also, to resolve customer’s queries effectively and promptly.
- You will need to work as a team to ensure that the team KPIs are met. Performing any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Information Technologies or Engineering would be preferred
- Possess effective telecommunication & strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Meticulous with good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a team player
- Experience in customer service or call centre will be an added advantage
