To perform 24x7 rotating shift duty.
- Assist in checking the physical connectivity which will be performing during DC health checks.
- Liaison with customers to provide them with activity updates.
- Customer will need subsequent follow-up or current status of the ticket been raised by us, so we will provide any status or follow-up accordingly.
- Being it from supplier or internal team, we will keep updating and advise customer concern.
- Work with other team members to coordinate proper dissemination of information and follow up on handing over of duties.
- Perform Site escort for vendor / customer.
- Checks their particulars before introduction.
- Withdraw their rack keys according to their appointed manager request, to avoid any security breech.
- Escort them to the rack and advise them the rules and regulation of DC.
- Ask them to call us upon work done and check the door are locked.
- We perform DC health checks. (Every shift - twice)
- Ensure there is no water leakages around the crac units.
- All the floor boards are properly push so there is no accidents.
- No combustible items inside the racks. if so, inform customer to remove on their visits.
- Ensure customer racks door are properly close.
- We will provide/assist secondary support to DC facilities team.
- Monitor DC equipment/FM200/crac units and water leakages.
- Accompany them to the rack and tell them the issue reported and they will execute the accordingly to resolve it. We will observe them and report back to the management team.
- They will compile and advise us upon replying to the customer our incident report. Proceed to close the ticket upon resolve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
