**DC Environment Support**
- To monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating
- levels include Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution
- boards);
- Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);
- Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);
- Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and
- Water leakage detection.

**DC Facilities Management**
- To ensure through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data
- centre are maintained by the Authority-appointed Supplier.
- To work on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.
- To manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Authority.
- Security Alarm and Security Card Access System; and
- Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).To ensure that only authorised personnel are allowed to access the DCs.

**Application Helpdesk Support**
- Technical Support:

- Provide support to run scripts provided by the Authority infrastructure team.
- Issue Resolution:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, with escalation as needed.
- Case Logging:

- Maintain and update call logs, ensuring all calls are appropriately closed.

**Requirements**:

- The DC Operators and Helpdesk Support team shall mínimally possess the following requirement:

- At least 1 year of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations;
- Certification in Data Centre Facilities Operations or equivalent and
- At least 3 years of working experience as Application Helpdesk Support team.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
