Responsible for the deployment, installation, testing, configuration settings, commissioning and maintenance of enterprise grade CCTV and Door Access systems
- Responsible for timely completion of projects. Activities include project scheduling, planning of resources and coordinating with technology vendors.
- Responsible for the resolution of technical issues
- Responsible for providing effective training to customers and answering their queries
- Maintain & build strong relationships with clients, vendors & technical personnel

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. Nitec/Diploma with relevant working experience will be considered
- At least 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV & Door Access Systems
- Able to troubleshoot various issues like power, network connectivity, sorting defective cameras and lenses, installation errors, colour level, flicker less settings and focus adjustments
- Knowledge in Networking and Cyber Security will be an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to swiftly identify the root cause of problems and develop an effective solution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,900.00 per month
