**Job Descriptions:
**Volunteer Management Programme**:
1. To plan and strategise an effective volunteer management (VM) programme that can motivate and meaningfully engage volunteers to achieve Club HEAL’s goals.
2. Develop VM policies and procedures that are in line with Club HEAL's values, mission and vision as well as manage the orientation, training and recognition & appreciation programme.
3. Oversee and manage publicity, recruitment, assessment and training of new volunteers. Build and maintain database on volunteering hours, including a schedule of volunteer activities.
4. Coordinate, guide and supervise volunteers, monitor their progress and debrief them at the end of session.
5. Conduct regular assessment of volunteers and related activities with staff for its effectiveness in supporting Club HEAL's clients and staff.
**Website and E-shop**:
1. Support and update Club HEAL's new website.
2. Coordinate with Rehab team on e-shop, inventory listing and branding of Club HEAL's range of merchandise.
**Fund Raising and Event Management**:
1. Assist in organising fund raising (FR) and non-FR events including monitoring timelines and budgets, logistics requirements, liaising with suppliers/contractors and manpower allocation.
2. Assist with post-event evaluation for feedback and improvements.
**Talks and Other Admin Duties**:
1. Co-ordinate HEALing Friends Training (publicity, collating attendance, event set-up and provide admin support on training day etc.
2. Manage the distribution of Club HEAL’s collaterals such as newsletters and resources that are used for talks/trainings.
3. Provide administrative support to the Corp Comms team.
**Education and experience**:
- A diploma in mass communications or event/project management.
- Relevant experience in working in social service sector in core areas such as events and volunteer management would be an added advantage.
