The Global Head of O&M will be responsible to create, roll out, and develop a best-in-class O&M (Operations and Maintainence) strategy, optimizes internal and external resource allocation to define work activities, leverages technology to facilitate monitoring, reporting, and analytics, implements the processes necessary to operate at maximum efficiency, and utilizes cross-functional and regional collaborations to maximize effectiveness.

**Responsibilities:
- Define and roll out an O&M program for the global business in alignment with company strategies
- Structure the O&M organization according to business needs and staff accordingly
- Define and achieve KPIs for the O&M business in alignment with company goals
- Define SLA, build a global product operation and maintenance system, and define our standard products
- Evaluate and implement systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of O&M-related activities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with service providers and other key stakeholders
- Manage service providers for performance, improvement, and compliance with contractual obligations

**Requirements:
- Proven ability to structure organizations that are global focused
- Proficient at building, steering, and managing high performance cross-culturally and cross-functionally
- Skilled at managing direct and indirect reports, but also a self-starter thriving on new challenges
- Extensive network of third-party O&M service providers
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn about and utilize technology to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
