**Job Description : General Manager, Restaurant
We are seeking dynamic, versatile and self-driven personality to be **General Manager **of our esteemed Restaurant.

The General Manager will be responsible for leading the operations team to provide smooth, efficient and effective operational support for the Restaurant.

The General Manager plans, directs and manages the performance of internal operations, in order to maintain and develop business growth in accordance to the overall strategy.

The General Manager role is entrusted with the following responsibilities:
**Managing Restaurant Staff**

He may be necessary to resolve any conflict between team members. Another responsibility is evaluating the performance of their staff members. They should ensure that their employees are working productively and following restaurant standards.

**Hiring and Training New Employees**

**Ensuring and Monitoring Guest Satisfaction**

**Controlling Costs and Managing the Budget**

**Optimizing the Restaurant's Operation**

The General Manager should ensure the restaurant has the best features and tools to operate efficiently. It includes working with the chefs to update the menu and checking the quality of the food.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior restaurant management or a related role, demonstrating a successful track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.

**Passion for Hospitality**:A genuine love for food and hospitality, coupled with a strong desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

**Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership abilities, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

**Business Acumen**:Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for business growth.

**Customer Focus**:Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism.

**Adaptability**:Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to handle pressure, and adept at making real-time decisions.

**Flexibility**:Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs.

**Education**:A degree preferably in Marketing / Hospitality management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
