- Develop category strategies to drive cost optimization and manage supply risks.
- Perform supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
- Identify joint sourcing opportunities with other business units.
- Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Legal on contracting.
- Manage contracting processes in collaboration with Legal and relevant parties.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead regular business reviews and engagements with key suppliers.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
- Experience in data centre, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment procurement.
- Strong experience in negotiations and contracting.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
