We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-thinking professional to join our team as a Data Centre Solution Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading solution efforts for data centre projects. Working closely with clients, sales team and technical experts to develop comprehensive and tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges related to data centre solutions
- Conduct needful assessments and engage in strategic discussion to develop a deep understanding of client expectation

Solution Development
- Lead the development of comprehensive data centre solutions, considering factors such as capacity planning, technology integration, scalability and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with technical experts, engineers and architects to ensure that propose solution align with industry best practices and standards

Proposal Creations
- Develop and create detailed and compelling proposals that articulate the proposed data centre solutions, including technical specifications, timeline and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present proposal to clients and address any inquiries or concerns

Project Planning and Coordination
- Work closely / collaborate with internal teams, project manager and technical teams to develop project plans based on approved solutions
- Ensure that project plan align with client expectation, budget constraints and delivery timelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to project during the implementation phase

Technical Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to data centre solution

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the solution and implementation processes.
- Work closely with various departments to gather input and insights that contribute to the development of effective solutions

Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposed solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of standards of quality, reliability and efficiency
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the solution process

Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with data centre solutions and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively address issues to ensure the successful and timely delivery of project

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in solution for Data Centre projects, with focus on understanding client needs and developing tailored solution, CDE, vendor proposal, sizing, etc
- Strong project management and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data centre technologies, infrastructure and best practices
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data centre design and operations
