Working Days: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure invoices are organized appropriately for the preparation of shipping documents.
- Prepare and oversee shipping pre-alerts, dealer shipment reports, and freight billing for export shipments to dealers prior to shipment arrival at the destination to facilitate timely clearance.
- Maintain and update the monthly shipment report.
- Manage and update CRM freight bill reporting and address any issues through collaboration with the CRM support team.
- Handle credit/debit note issuance for freight billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, internal and external customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Work closely with service providers to ensure accuracy of BLs and tax invoices, resolving rate discrepancies when necessary.
- Assist with special/emergency outbound shipments and support GTS (Global Trade Services) processing as needed.
- Assist in shipment booking and liaise with Operations/transporters regarding empty container movement as required.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies through coordination with various support teams.
- Manage the archiving of shipping documents.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
