As a Regional IT Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement operations and driving cost savings across the Singtel Group, including our valued Associates.

**Make an Impact by**

Category Management and Sourcing
- Pro-actively engage business stakeholders and Finance team to identify sourcing and savings opportunities to leverage spend across the Singtel Group, including Associates
- Developing artefacts/outcomes that will support sourcing across Singtel Group, including Associates
- Follow local and global procurement and category trends (with a business focus)
- Manage and align regional sourcing opportunities between the Associates and Singtel Group

Governance, Process Improvement and Procurement Operations
- Pro-actively engage stakeholders across Singtel Group, including Associates:To develop category strategies
Run or guide tenders as required
Drive contract negotiations with suppliers with support from key stakeholders
Enforce governance to procurement policy throughout the procurement cycle
Provide market knowledge, intelligence and expertise while working closely with business stakeholders and suppliers
- Classify and optimize vendor portfolio, create strategic vendor management program, including:Manage supplier performance evaluation and manage issues for escalation
Manage end to end SLA & performance, develop dashboard and analytics

**Skills for Success**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least five years of work experience in procurement, bonus if possess experience in IT procurement
- Familiar with Procure-to-pay process
- Familiar with Excel (macro, formula, Pivot table, V-lookup). Bonus if familiar with PowerBI & PowerApps.
- Excellent planning skills and analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; must have experience in managing VPs & Directors or have regional working experience
- Excellent communication skills Has good knowledge of the market competition
