Job Overview: We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Project Manager for Regional Procurement System Implementation project. The role is to project -manage the procurement, setting up, testing, rolling out and implementation if the system, shaping and adding to a roadmap which was designed by a consultancy team who analysed the needs of the organization.

Objectives of the position: The objective of the procurement systems project manager is to deliver an effective sourcing suite for the entire MUFG regional organization, making it accessible and user-friendly. The expected output includes the solution itself, as well as training packages and a replicable rollout methodology.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution
- Complete and document compliant procurement of the relevant sourcing suite and partner integrator
- Define a replicable blueprint methodology for system rollout.
- Define change management strategy, provide system guidelines and training package.
- Work with selected integrator during design phase to ensure the solution set up meets MUFG’s needs.
- Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
- Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
- Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
- Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of users / internal customers
- Define and secure handover of system support and maintenance within Procurement organisation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with ideally a specialization in project management, or a combination of relevant education and professional experience
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required
- At least 10 years IT work experience, with at least 7 years in complex organisation, of which 2+ in systems project management including planning, risk management and cost control.
- Experience with implementation of SaaS Procurement Software
- Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
- Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.)
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
- Experience in Financial and Banking industry preferred

**Job Type**: Contract
