Job Responsibilities

Support Trade and Cash Operations in performing client static set up in various systemsReceive instructions from various business and support functions Validation of instructions to ensure authenticityTo investigate and follow up on exceptions and escalations until the process is completedEnsure standard operating process and procedures are updatedExecute necessary controls based on the control framework Process improvement and automationJob Requirements

Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Polytechnic degree holder will be considered)1-2 years relevant knowledge in banking or financial institutionsGood interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholdersDetailed and have an eye for accuracy Inquisitive mind and passion to drive automation of manual processes and controlsMotivated and driven, able to work independently and a good team player as part of a multidisciplinary team
