Admin work for Consulting Division:
- Manage contracts and related administrative procedures in cooperation with the Singapore-based business division
- Routine Excel processing, some other atypical Excel operations, etc
- Support for annual management seminars in Singapore
Secretarial duties to the President:
- Support President's duties such as managing the President's calendar, arrangement of appointments with clients, organizing trip itineraries, dinners, cost settlement, and attending to business visitors from HQ
- Setting up and adjusting the board of directors meetings, liaise with secretary of the head office
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in calendar management, administration and backend team support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to multitask and is excellent in time management
- Able to read and write Japanese as the role requires the incumbent to create presentations and documents in Japanese, as well as to speak with clients, counterparts and HQ in Japanese
