**Summary**:
**Roles**:

- Lead the trade origination team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commodities market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align trade finance strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to facilitate trade transactions.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and risk management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement trade origination strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks within the commodities sector.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of trade finance proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the origination process.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance in trade origination.

- Proven experience in trade finance and origination, particularly within large multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Strong understanding of commodities markets and trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex trade scenarios.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Plus Skills**:

- Experience with risk assessment and management in trade finance.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with trade compliance regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
