Compensation:
$3,500 - $4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated polytechnic graduates or business degree holders for an exciting Management Trainee role. This position provides hands-on exposure to multiple industries, including Restaurants, Construction, Event Management, Marketing Agencies, and Real Estate Development, within a dynamic private equity environment.

This role is designed for individuals with entrepreneurial ambition who want to gain real-world experience in business operations, strategy, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Work across diverse portfolio companies to analyze operations, optimize workflows, and identify growth opportunities.

Assist leadership in executing growth strategies tailored to different industries.

Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.

Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, portfolio company stakeholders, and private equity partners.

Participate in solving real-world business challenges, contributing to operational and strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:
Education: Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.

**Skills**:Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience: Prior internship or project experience in business operations, entrepreneurship, or related fields is a plus.
