Social Media/digital Marketing Executive

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience with B2C social media (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram)
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with social media channels, SEO and SEM
- Some marketing experience in FMCG industry would be beneficial.
- Possess technical aptitude, creative and aesthetic skills
- Meticulous with creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Good team-player with strong communication skills
- Energetic with a “can-do” attitude, self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Have self-discipline, keen to learn and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge on working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
- Familiarity with using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Technical proficiency in design & image editing using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate strategies to build lasting brand digital connection with our customers
- Conceptualize, develop, plan, execute and manage digital marketing strategies through social media to drive brand/product awareness
- Amplify and manage company’s products/brands presence on social media platforms with a sound SEO and SEM strategy
- Leverage social media platforms and digital media to expand reach and engage customers in a cost-effective and measurable way.
- Develop online content strategies and creative copywriting content on right social channels (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
- Conduct research and analysis to identify buyer persona, their pain points and motivations
- Liaise with potential influencers and/or industry professionals to produce marketing collaterals for local digital media content
- Coordinate and assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content
- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and social media presence
- Manage social media calendar by creating and publishing weekly brand / product content on various digital platforms to increase visibility in social media
- Analyse, measure and report effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, review and fine-tune them over time to improve ROAS
- Set up tracking across various digital platforms to measure engagements and conversions rates
- Manage and monitor day-to-day performance of social and online marketing platforms
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, trends and best practices in local and global context
- Oversee e-commerce and e-marketplaces operations and website maintenance
- Optimise day-to-day e-commerce performance & operations
- Manage online store business plan and implement strategies to improve user experience and achieve sales growth
- Responsible for web mastering for online platforms including setting up promotions, web banners and any online related activations
- Manage promotional mechanics (e.g. discounts activation, vouchers giveaway, bundling etc.) in B2C e-commerce sites
- Monitor, analyse and report e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic and customer behaviour
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned by the management
