**Position: Building, Tenancy & Facilities Management Executive**
**Location: Singapore**
**Educational Requirement: Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree**
We are looking for a proactive, qualified, and hands-on individual to join our team as a **Building, Tenancy, Event & Facilities Management Executive/Manager**. This role merges responsibilities in facilities maintenance, tenancy and property management, and event and operational support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our club and associated properties, with a keen focus on both strategic oversight and on-the-ground responsiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Building & Facilities Management**
- Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and daily operations of the club and other assigned properties
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities across sites
- Supervise contractors, term and sub-contractors, and liaise with the MCST on estate and building-related matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal SOPs
- Investigate and analyse breakdowns, incidents, and faults to prevent recurrence
- Conduct regular building inspections and follow up on rectification works
- Support Fire Safety inspections, Technical Audits, Periodic Structural and Façade Inspections
- Supervise upgrading, repair, or redecoration projects as assigned
- Organize weekly cleaner meetings and inspections to ensure cleanliness standards
- Submit incident reports, repair recommendations, and general maintenance updates
- Responsible for delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services and ensuring KPIs are met
**Tenancy & Property Management**
- Manage tenant leases, renewals, handovers, reinstatements, and documentation
- Review tenancy agreements and liaise with legal advisors when necessary
- Coordinate rental schedules and ensure accurate lease administration
- Maintain updated records and contract documentation
- Assist in lease negotiations and manage tenant feedback or complaints
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support leasing matters
**Event & Operations Support**
- Support logistics and planning for internal club events and external functions
- Coordinate event resources, obtain quotations, and ensure proper billing/invoicing
- Provide on-site support during events, including weekends or after office hours when required
- Prepare and consolidate monthly property reports and operational updates for management and board meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks including procurement, reporting, and data entry
**Requirements**:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fieldFresh graduates (GPA
- Applicants with a background in facilities management within primary or secondary school environments will be favorably considered
- Familiarity with local building codes, MCST operations, tenancy laws, and safety regulations
- Knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) systems and KPIs is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to interpret contracts and reports
- Pro-active, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Willing to perform hands-on work and respond to on-ground maintenance issues
- Available to work weekends or extended hours when necessary
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or WSQ safety certifications
- Experience in commercial or club property management
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), CAFM platforms, or technical audits
