**Who we are**:
Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community. Mantle Network’s modular rollup architecture separates transaction execution, data availability, and transaction finality. As the first L2 network partner for restaking protocol EigenLayer, Mantle Network directly inherits security from Ethereum while offering high performance at low fees.

**Your Role**:

- Develop and manage investment portfolio by identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing investment recommendations to the executive team.
- Develop and manage partnerships with technical and infrastructure partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to our growth.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BD, and R&D, to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Support the executive team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

**Your Craft**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking.
- Interest in the blockchain industry and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
