**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Delivers high quality design and/or technical work, engaging others with their creative and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
- Takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.
- Coordinates and integrates the work of external contractors, suppliers and professionals.
- Role models and contributes towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
- Builds a network across the business and seeks leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.
- Develops effective relationships with clients and consultants.
- Support senior colleagues with client presentation, making a positive contribution towards project meetings and client engagements.
- Takes responsibility for aspects of the project budge, and liases with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Seeks to develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and considers how project fees are maximized without threat to client relationship and repeat work.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiasm for architecture and design, commitment, reliability and team spirit
- A talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
- Experience of successfully delivering large scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills, you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team.
- Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
- Ability to relate and work well with people at all levels within the team and within the wider office, as well as externally with clients
- A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.
- Proactive, but tactful, in ensuring others within the team meet deadlines (etc)
- Able to travel as required.
