Purpose and Scope The Architectural Associate plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, interacting and consulting with design and construction professional counterparts. Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation. Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances. Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications. Assist in tender process. Contract and construction management. TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project. Qualification, Skills and Experience Masters in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experiences in Architectural practice (development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works). Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop. Only Singaporeans will considered due to the sensitive nature of the job.
