- Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join as the VP Global IT for their thriving healthcare business.**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute a comprehensive global IT strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring technological innovation and scalability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance patient care, optimize operations, and elevate business performance.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Experience managing complex IT projects and overseeing global IT operations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative healthcare IT solutions. With internal and external stakeholders for collaboration and partnership.
