**Job summary**

The incumbent will be part of the Global Finance team (based in Singapore), supporting day-day accounting and finance operations.

**Key Areas of Focus**
- Perform general accounting, AP/AR aging review
- Perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are accurate
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger on a regular basis
- Supplier invoice reconciliation and posting
- External and internal invoice billing
- Staff claims processing
- Prepare customer invoices
- Involved in annual and interim external and internal audits

**Good to have**
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related studies
- About 2 years of Accounting & Finance experience
- Display a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Have a strong eye for details. Team player
