**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare investment proposals that suit clients’ target strategic asset allocation and reflect his or her investment objective and risk profile.
- Assist investment counsellors (ICs) in developing and enhancing relationships with clients though a thorough understanding of their requirements and objectives
- Liaise and coordinate marketing efforts for ICs with product desk
- Provide support to the ICs in managing and monitoring clients’ portfolios
- Gather information on economic, finance or investment matter for use by ICs.
- Compile recommendation list from the various product team to address client needs.
- Coordinate meeting and training schedules for the ICs
- Participate in other duties and projects assigned (e.g. streamline the team’s processes in terms of back-ups and risk management, MIS etc)
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of modern banking solutions and system architecture.
- Basic banking and operational knowledge.
- Knowledge of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance and controls
- Good understanding of financial and investment markets
- Computer skills like Excel macro is a plus
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think analytically and problem solving across multiple dimensions.
