Our client is a well-established international private bank and now seeking for suitable talent for their front office.

This is an Investment Counsellor role for the private banking arm of business and the incumbent will be expected to support offshore market, hence additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Well skilled in the implementation and oversight of investment portfolios, as well as in providing advice and guidance on markets and actionable investment ideas
- Team oriented and collaborative, able to leverage a wide array of internal partners to achieve positive client outcomes
- Senior incumbent is to contribute toward business development, pitching alongside with Relationship Managers for potential new-to-bank business
- Responsible to assess investment suitability, identify product opportunities, providing bespoke portfolio advice and after sales portfolio monitoring
- Portfolio covers across asset classes, markets and jurisdictions; required to combine in depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investments

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Strong track record in investment advisory and/or portfolio management
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Chartered Financial Analyst or Master degree will be an advantage
