**About the team**

The Data team within Doctor Anywhere oversees all of the company’s data-related requirements. The goal is to use the data to assist the company in making product/business decisions, and measure its effectiveness. This team works closely with our Product, Engineering, Business to develop a deep understanding of how our products are used and influence the company strategy.

This role reports directly to the **Head of Data**.

**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to manage our data, building a well structured data warehouse, developing reports, and transforming business needs into data models and data visualizations to help everyone in the organization make decisions efficiently. You enjoy working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Teams and Business Stakeholders, providing clean and well structured data to the organization.
- Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality.
- Work closely with Business (Product/Marketing/Operations etc. departments) and the other data functions (data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists) to analyse business requirements and transform them to solutions (data warehouse design, ETL, data visualization, and reports).
- Develop reports or dashboards to increase revenue, improve and reduce manual procedures.
- Empower a certain group of stakeholders so that they can be independent in using the BI tool.
- Managing access to the data source that are published in the BI tool

**About you**
- Degree in Computer Science/Business/Statistics/Management/Economics/Mathematics with mínimally 3 years of Business Intelligence/Analytics/Statistics and/or reporting experience.
- Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and testable.
- Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to design data model and structure that is friendly to use for decision making.
- Working experience with data visualisations and tools, preferably Tableau.
- Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Has the experience writing a readable code with Python will be added advantage.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
