We are looking for a Material Management Specialist to oversee all aspects of outgoing deliveries. The incumbent will be the key personnel to take charge in resolving problems that arise from daily operations. Reporting to the Head of Operation, key deliverables include:
Work Health & Safety
- Report any Warehouse/Logistic matters related to requirements on Safety, Security and Environmental issue
- Develop, implement, monitor and review project safety plans and procedures including risk assessment and safe work procedure to be implemented in Warehouse/Logistic
- Keep up-to-date with proposed and actual changes in HSE regulations to ensure that work condition meet the HSE requirements and programs in place.
- Plan and coordinate the training and certification of personnel for safety and conduct new employee HSE Training.
- Lead in conducting and implementing Daily Toolbox Talk.
- Know internal and external accident reporting requirements. Manage incidents including the oversight of injuries, incident investigation, root causes, corrective action analysis and action tracking.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure all employees are trained in emergency procedures.
- Organize, plan and report internal HSE audits in compliance to ISO 45001 standards, participate during external audit by providing document evidences and responses, assist in the preparation and completion of internal audits.

Warehouse Management:

- Managing the day-to-day operations for the Stockyard. (Housekeeping, Material Bookings)
- Supervise warehouse internal material movement.
- Coordinating with Pre Assembly fabrication. (Manpower & Resources)
- Ad-hoc duties as per instruction

Customer Service Management (Order Management):

- Input of orders into PSD (ERP system).
- Ensuring materials required are ready and available in correct warehouse location.
- Liaise with Material Manager on alternative use of materials.
