**What the role is**

Deputy Manager, Senior Solution Architect

**What you will be working on**
- Lead in the implementation and operation of Microsoft Suite (e.g. Defender, Intunes, Teams, Windows/Office deployment/upgrade etc.) projects, which includes working on details such as technical specifications, ensuring endpoints are able to leverage on the latest security/operational features provided, updated on new capabilities and propose enhancements where relevant. Ensure tight integration and interoperability across end devices, on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create end-to-end architectural designs that address business needs while adhering to scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Work with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to align project goals.
- Identify potential cyber risks and technical challenges in the proposed solutions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase of projects.
- Monitor and assess the performance of deployed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations as needed.
- Ensure that the architectural designs comply with industry best practices, TP and WOG standards, and relevant regulations.

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years of IT working experience and at least 5 years as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, with a solid background in software development and system design.
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 and client products implementation and operations, such as Defender, Intunes, Teams, Windows/Office.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex systems, along with expertise in various programming languages (such as C#, JavaScript, Python, etc), frameworks, and cloud computing platforms (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, etc).
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
