**Job Purpose**
To enhance the learning environment of students attached to NUH, and support matters related to the posting of students to the hospital.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide admin and logistic support for student education programmes in NUH, including orientation, student welfare matters, NGEMR training and evaluation.
- Work with the healthcare schools and wards/clinics to arrange for student postings to NUH.
- Identify gaps in education processes to enhance student, faculty and staff experience.
- Support the central education team during central department or hospital-wide programmes.

**Job Specification/Requirements**
- Diploma Holder or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good oral and written communication skills; works well with people
- Able to conduct training to students (training will be provided)
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work independently or in teams
- Able to adapt to changes
- Passion to work in the healthcare and education setting
