**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Provide detailed voyage instructions to LNG chartered vessel.

2. Monitor vessels’ operating performance (consumption, vessels’ off-hire, etc) through daily reports.

3. Ensure each shipment is carried out as per contractual commitment (long term and spot), so as to safeguard company’s commercial interests.

4. Anticipate and contribute suggestions for schedule optimization as needed and ensure all necessary operational information is communicated effectively.

5. Communicate with vessels, vessel owners/operators and shipping teams of trading counterparties and terminals.

6. Co-ordinating bunkering plan and agency appointment.

7. Strategize and schedules vessels jointly with LNG Charterer, Trading and Operations teams, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate trading and operations of vessels.

8. Manage vessel vetting/nomination, send voyage orders, heel management and monitor all ship operational matters.

9. Handling 3rd parties charter out operational matters.

10. Handle hire payment and account reconciliation with owners.

11. Resolve any LNG shipping operations issues.

12. Prepare month-end reports based on LNG team’s needs.

13. Other tasks assigned by superiors

**Education**

Bachelor and above (Engineering / International Trading / Finance and other related majors)

**Experience**

2+ years' relevant working experience for Bachelor degree holders and 1+ years' relevant working experience for Master’s degree holders

**Requirement**

1. Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken.

2. Have good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing ability; Proficiency in Mandarin is a must

3. Strong facilitation, planning and organizational skills required

4. Successful track record - able to demonstrate career progression

5. Solid understanding of LNG business, having previously worked as an LNG Shipping Operator

6. Excellent understanding of the LNG business value chain

7. Career progression and training within global organization(s)

8. An excellent knowledge and understanding of LNG operation, physical and/or paper

9. A thorough understanding of specifications and the logistics around the movement of LNG

10. The ability to understand and comply with Delegations of Authorities

11. Willing to take responsibility and contribute with good professional ethics

**Salary Range**:S$5,000~6,000 + AWS+VB

**Location**:Millenia Tower, Promenade

**Working hours**:9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
