Not only do we offer aircraft charters in the private, group and cargo sectors, but also further services such as on-board couriers, holiday packages and concierge services. **Job Description**:

- Raising sales invoices
- Posting purchase invoices
- Dealing with customer / supplier / broker queries
- Setting up payments in the bank
- Posting payments / receipts in accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Ad hoc database cleaning and projects if required
- Assisting with month end reporting and other reports if required
- Any other reasonable ad hoc task when required

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or above in accountancy or finance
- CPA student/ working toward CPA will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year’s solid experience in accounting and experience in MNC is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take challenges and able to work multi-tasking under tight deadlines
- Independent, mature and self-motivated
- Good team player
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Diligent, Trustworthy and reliable
- Immediate available is highly preferred
