The Operation Executive assists in ensuring smooth production and staff control, handling people issues, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back office support. He/she is in charge training of staff and ensures that they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform production duties.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Operations**
- In-charge of production kitchen to ensure efficient and timely production of required ready meals quantity
- Assist in the scheduling of duty roster and to supervise attendance
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisor

**People Management**
- Be a role model to staff and motivate the team towards business goals
- Assist in the overall supervision of production packers

**Adhering to Quality and Standards**
- Ensure in food hygiene and workplace safety in the production kitchen
- Ensure the adherence to the quality and standards of the production kitchen

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Preferably 1 year of central kitchen experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
- Willing to be involved in hands on operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead and motivate to produce results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays)
