**Responsibilities**:

- Management of assets, budgets, and specialized software licenses
- Required to collaborate seamlessly between the various departments in NTU
- Provide specialized technical support to College of Business
- Oversee and manage the implementation of new projects by NTU
- Innovate effective and efficient solutions to improve on existing processes
- Manage virtual machines provisioned for teaching and software license managers

**Requirements**:

- A recognized diploma/degree in IT/computer science
- At least 3 years in the IT industry with experience in technical support roles
- Knowledge in the development of low code solutions will be a plus
- Highly motivated and independent
- Meticulous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skill and ability to prioritize work well
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and constraints
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changes
- Committed and customer-centric
