- Issue invoices and arrange courier services.
- Coordinate with schools for intern recruitment.
- Support new joins on orientation.
- Maintain office tidiness and manage office supplies.
- Assist in organizing team bonding events.
- Welcome office visitors, offer refreshments, and direct them to meeting areas.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrations, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounting and Administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and XERO.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
