We are looking to hire a **Finance Manager **to support our client in Singapore which is a top **global investment bank **. The incumbent should have past exposure / background on operations for technology infrastructure services.
- Review and track all invoices and expense bookings related to technology infrastructure services.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis reports to identify discrepancies and trends in capital expenditure and operating expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and provide insights into budget variances.
- Take a lead role in the monthly fixed asset capitalization process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with the procurement and technology teams to validate and document fixed asset details.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts for technology infrastructure services, considering market trends, project timelines, and other relevant factors.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and validate forecast assumptions.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Address procurement queries from technology teams promptly and provide necessary support.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a technology or IT services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
