Location and Working Time Shift Available:
Changi: 11pm-8am
Jurong: 5.30pm-11.30pm

**Salary**:
Changi: Basic 1910 + 1 hour OT (Up to $2,300.78)
Jurong: $11-$14/hr

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
- Clean and wash dishes, cookware, and utensils in a timely manner.
- Uphold a safe and hygienic environment for food preparation.
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks during operations and after service.
- Handle proper garbage collection, segregation, and disposal according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep floors, walls, drains, and storage areas clean and free of hazards.
- Refill cleaning supplies, dishwashing chemicals, and sanitizers when required.
- Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Support in receiving and organising deliveries by maintaining tidy storage areas.
- Carry out scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., ovens, exhaust hoods, refrigerators, freezers).
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Required to bring own meals to the workplace (Jurong)
- Black long pants and black safety shoes are required during work.
- Physically fit
- Be a good team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
