Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Coach Relations Manager to join us on this exciting journey. You will be helping to build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the BestOfMe platform. As a Coach Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our coaching programs and supporting the growth of our platform.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Coach Onboarding: You will work closely together with the Customer Happiness Officer and the Director of Coaching & Program Delivery for the onboarding process of new coaches onto the BestOfMe platform. This will involve conducting interviews, evaluating their qualifications and expertise, and ensuring they meet our standards and criteria. You will guide them through the platform features, coach training materials, and help them understand the best practices for delivering effective coaching through our platform.
2. Relationship Management: Once coaches are onboarded, you will be their main point of contact and advocate within BestOfMe. You will establish and nurture relationships with coaches, providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback. Regular check-ins and communication will be essential to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns or challenges they may face, and foster a sense of belonging within our community.
3. Coach Matching: As the Coach Relations Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the unique strengths, expertise, and coaching styles of each coach within the BestOfMe platform. By closely understanding the needs and preferences of our clients, you will recommend the most suitable coaches to meet their specific requirements.
4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: You will monitor the performance of coaches on the platform, collecting feedback from users and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of their coaching. You will collaborate with the Product and Data teams to identify areas for improvement, such as enhancing the coaching experience, refining the matching algorithm, or introducing new features to better meet the needs of our users and coaches.
5. Training and Development:You will be responsible in arranging the training programs for coaches, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to excel in their coaching practice. This may include organizing webinars, workshops, or online courses.
6. Community Building: You will actively contribute to building a strong and supportive community of coaches within BestOfMe. This may involve organizing networking events, facilitating peer-to-peer learning and collaboration opportunities, and fostering a sense of camaraderie among coaches.
Competencies
- A strong background in coaching or related fields, with a deep understanding of coaching principles and practices.
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in a coaching or HR-related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive insights and improvements.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
