**We're on a search for a Talent Partner, Lead with the following attributes**:

- **Stakeholder Management**_ - You are able to build and maintain good relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including your colleagues and clients working in a collaborative style in a scaling environment._
- **Critical Thinking**_ - You are able to skillfully conceptualise, apply, analyse and evaluate information gathered from observation, experience or communication and use it as a guide to action._
- **Business Acumen**_ - You are in the know on current business practices/trends and have a good awareness of how strategies work in the marketplace._
- **Managing and Measuring Work**_ - You set clear objectives and measures and monitor process, progress and results for tasks and decisions._
- **Dealing with Ambiguity / Adaptability**_- You can effectively cope with change and uncertainty, and are comfortable when things are up in the air._
